2009 Formula 1 Grand Prix Promotion
 

Terms & Conditions:

The Ampelite PolyZIPS promotion is open to all purchasers of PolyZIPS fasteners from an Ampelite outlet.
The Entry Form must be filled out, upon the purchase of any PolyZIPS fasteners in either trade packs, buckets or trade boxes and sent back to ITW Buildex.
The program runs between September 1^st 2008 & February 28^th 2009.
The purchaser will receive one entry into the draw for every PolyZIPS purchase in either trade packs, buckets or trade boxes.
The final draw will take place at Ampelite head office (Dandenong Vic) in the first week of March 2009.
The first entry form to be drawn will win 2 tickets to the 2009 Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix.  The prize includes return airfares from a major capital city and hotel accomadation in Melbourne.  Two tickets will also be awarded to the Ampelite branch from the same state as the winner and also includes return airfares and hotel accomadation.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be taken on the nominated date.
